City of Hoquiam for in-city work. Smaller department than Aberdeen and generally faster, but setbacks on the older platted lots catch people out — worth checking before you fall in love with a plan.
Grade and drainage. A lot of Hoquiam sits on a hill or at the bottom of one. Where the water goes determines your foundation approach and your landscaping budget.
